I really liked the service at AutoCenters Nissan. They were nice, and extremely helpful.
Nissan service was beyond exceptional! Jan in customer service helped my husband and I deal with an unbelievable amount of car stress! My car, unfortunately, received horrible service at a local automotive shop and we had the car towed to Nissan Center. They looked over the car and made us aware of more mistakes. I had a recall issue with my Nissan Murano and I am new to the area and had no idea where to take my car. I googled Nissan Dealers and AutoCenter of Wood River came up. I scheduled an appointment which was easy. I dropped the car off which was easy. And they fixed the problem, did a safety check which was easy for me! I will look to them when I get ready to purchase a new car!

I love Nissan in Wood River in Illinois. My sale guy was Lawrence and he was terrific he didn't presure me he gave me several cars to choose from. My daughter purchase a car and I took her to Lawrence no hassle didn't run my credit but once got approve. Great experience. The service Dept. is assume as well all my oil changes. Great group of guys.
They are just AWESOME! Very nice, helpful, and added no pressure. Mike Tarantola was my Salesman and he was GREAT!!! I would definitely recommend this Dealership as well as Salesman.👍🏽💯👍🏽

Salesman didn't listen to what I had said before trying to look into financing. Did exactly what I asked them not to do. Then I called and asked about it today and pretty much only answer I got was "well you got the car didn't you. And that my credit score will bounce back." Wont buy another car here
