My experience has been mostly possitive. My only dissappoinnent has been that the service department could not spare a driver to pick me up in Alton when my car was ready. Alton was "too far"....Really?
What’s happened to getting your car cleaned and a new air freshener put in at the time of your service? And how come I don’t get coupons for anything? I have a $40,000 and can’t get a coupon or a free oil change out of the deal 😑

Made sure my car got fix in timely matter, went above to find the source of the probem
This was my second purchase from AutoCenter Nissan. I traded in my old car (3 yr old Versa) and felt scolded when they found out it had been in an accident (they didn't ask me and I was rear ended). After we were near the end my salesperson rushed off to make another sale. He appeared again to help me move my things to my new car and as we ran by the gong of sales he stopped and and said, "oh do you want to ring it?".
