0 stars. They ran my son's and my credit 22 times. Stated that they were only going to do hard pull once but continued to run. I called to put a stop to this but the sales agent insisted that it was only ran once for each of us. I still told her to stop. She did not. 22 times in 24 hours, I called finance manager whom was going to look into it. A month has gone by and I still haven't heard from him.
