I've had an unlimited membership for the last 2 years, Last year the price went up. The money was deducted from my account without notice. This place in ************** ** is a total worn out joke! Tore rear wiper arm completely off *****. Went back to see manager, after an 1 1/2 hr he saw on camera when damage occurred. He filled out a claim form and called someone. Response was they didnt have any thing or equipment that could break it??? Yea right!! Manager said that they would not pay anything toward fixing car!!! So 100$ worth of parts Im having to pay for? I have been a customer for many years and have spent many dollars there on Church st AUTOBELL. NO MOR... read more

Sunday, July 7:30 am. The employee who cleaned out my car broke my driver's seat adjustment button. They gave my husband's number to ***********************, who never got back to me. Carts were left at the end of the car wash where cars exited. Getting my car fixed will cost me just under $900. I would to be refunded for the cost of my damages. I have receipts from the dealership.
