I took my *** X6 M60 to your ************** location. After paying, the young man directed me into the track. My window was down, I asked him to tape my gas lid and put extra soap on the front end due to bugs. He failed to stop the track while we talked, so the track cycled and lifted my vehicle up and dropped it down. One star is too good of a rating. $45 and nothing was cleaned, vacuumed, or wiped down. I still have dirt in my floorboard and seats, mud on the side of my car, four marks all over the dash and sides of the car, and that stained my seat. The manager, ******, refused to give me a refund. DONT waste your time! Im big on customer *********** definitely didnt receive quality service here! I came here ************ had to point out dirt, dust, & stains to the young men that cleaned my truck. I had a **************** tag on the front of my truck that they decided to take off. I had no clue! I was in a hurry so I didnt notice it was gone until yesterday. I go back to see if they have it & young man brings it to me cracked & cant find my 4 screws that was in it. I put in a concern/complaint only for someone to call ... read more

I have been a customer of ********************** for years. I live in *********. Recently their staff sprayed something on my speedometer cover which left a film of spots that did not come off. When I spoke with the management team they told me it was condensation. I went ot my ****** Dealer and he said that was not the case. I got a reasonable quote to replace the cover and went back to Autobell and filed an incident report. I was told "Autobell would not accept responsibility". I was given the customer care number. Horrible experience! Will never go back . Car not cleaned adequately. Had to ask them to correct cleaning twice. ************************** workers !
For the 1st time in years, i go to Autobell in **********, to wash my car inside & out, $29.95. That's way over priced.They did a crappy job.Seats weren't vacuumed good and the cup holders still has alot of trash in them.Not a good job at all for the price I paid. That was $30 wasted. Now I remember why I stopped going there.
