This was the damp washcloth I used to wipe down my seats AFTER my car was “cleaned” at Auto Bell in Clover. I even paid for the most expensive package! UNBELIEVABLE.
Recommendedbest car wash ever - I always receive great service
This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. I’ve tried to give you all 4 chances given that this is the closest car wash to those on the lake in Belmont and every time has been a complete waste of my money. There is no one supervising the staff, they’re talking abt how their management isn’t run correctly while they’re attempting to clean my car, then after I pay $25 plus a tip I get into my car and there is still coffee spilled down my door and my seats weren’t even wiped down. This place is CRAP! Come within the first month I got my car between Jan and February and paid $30 for a car wash and paid extra for them to take my floor mats out and wash them as well, and I took it there bc I was like okay they will do a good job.... NO, didn’t wipe my door panels or anything! So I called and talked to the manager and he sent me a free car wash ticket. I had the inside and outside of my car cleaned and clearly it was half cleaned. Dirt and dust still on my dash and doors. Dirt still on my floor mats and middle console. Smudges on my window. I was highly disappointed. I waited a few months to get my car washed and cleaned bc I didn't have time. But when I got off work early I decided I would get it done and I chose AutoBell. And I feel like it was a complete waste of my time and money. My 10 year old brother could've done a better job. NEVER GOING BK.
I've been using Auto Bell at various locations for many years & I like them. Yesterday, Memorial Day, I stopped by, not knowing if they'd be open. I had transported some houseplants earlier in the day & one spilled over in my car. I showed it to them & they got it all vacuumed up, looking like new again. Oh, and of course I got a car wash as well!
Considering i have been her multiple times and very unhappy , i received a coupon and after just having a baby thought id give them a try again . This time was much better but .. the manager did my car . It shouldnt be that big of a difference in quality of service. It was also slow. It should be this way everytime, at 25 plus dollars . Hopefully the next time is as good. So im giving you a 4 hopefully i do not have to rewrite my review !
Other than everyone being friendly and polite the cleaning was awful!!! My car sat there and dried and had water spots everywhere, they didnt vacuum very well. Also paid 34 dollars for the managers special to get a 6 dollar car wash. I paid for armor all and barely wiped the interior down have alot of spots untouched most of the dash not done, windows were not even cleaned inside. Worse job ever!
