My wife went and had her suburban washed here today.inside and out mind you. When she leaves a bird poops on the windshield. She hits the wipers and they are GONE. It scratched my windshield and when I went back and said something joe goes in and comes back with my wipers. When you have four employees standing out in the middle of drying area not paying attention and I have to drive my car off the end of the line to keep it from getting rear-ended. If it had not been for the guy right behind my car being a "ride-through" and holding his brake pedal causing his car to jump two of the rollers his car and my car would have been damaged. I have given them many chances..the pictures are right after I got my car washed. Just unacceptable when you are paying $30 for a wash. I suggest taking your business elsewhere since they clearly do not care to take the time to do it the right way. They were not even busy when I was there..employees were just standing around!
How do you not have towels to dry the vehicles? Very rude female with long hair...it’s not the first time she’s been rude. I go here often so it must be her permanent personality. Had to leave without getting the truck dried off, wiped off inside and out, no tire gloss or fragrance. Which I paid for but didn’t have to time to way on the towels to dry before they would touch the truck.

This car wash does an excellent job. You will not get the same quality at the Rock Hill location.
Dillon did an awesome job and took his time with my very neglected van. It was dealership ready 😀
My car was filthy when I picked it up they didn't even bother to vacuum under the seats there was trash still left in the car, windows were not cleaned, console was not wipe down. Even when I gave them an opportunity to fix it they still left it looking like complete hell. I will not be back.
