RecommendedWe are here on business and came out at the end of our seminar and the tree we had parked under had “peed” sap all over our vehicle (that had just been detailed before we left home, 48 hours earlier). Autobell was down the street from the hotel. We pulled in, told the attendant what happened and asked his advice. Best $20 ever spent. They were kind and actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. Thank you.
Their location is very convenient to me, and their staff is very courteous and they do a great job of keeping my car clean. I have the unlimited package, which means I can go there as many times as I want, but once a week is good enough.
I just left there and I will not return. My car still needs vacuumed and cloth they used on windows left lint everywhere. Many areas of seat was not even touched. I watched gentleman spray only one tire. Puzzled why did i waste $33 to have to re-do it myself. I attempted to tell management but could not locate amyone over 21.
I purchased an unlimited was package fir my husband for Fathers Day. Yesterday he went for a wash and they damaged one of the backup sensors. Pushed it on completely. The workers denied...of course. We filed a claim but the customer service was a joke! How do I cancel this monthly payment for the service?! I'm so disappointed. We're longtime customers! Next time we'll get Spiffy to wash our cars!
This place just broke the rear sensor on my new Bmw and denied responsibility. I hope to get a call from someone tomorrow explaining why. My car is in warranty but this really disappoints me as a customer
I'm brand new to Raleigh and had to search for a FULL SERVICE car wash. My first experience here was great yesterday. Very impressive service and I can't remember the last time I had a car washed and DIDN'T have to wipe something myself for it to be complete. I will pass several other car washes to continue to go here.
I went to this location on Saturday, January 14th. I was highly disappointed in the quality of service there!! I paid for the $25.99 package totaling $27.87 with taxes! I had to ask them to revac my floors because dirt was still on the carpets. I DID NOT get any fragrance!! The tire gloss was faded off by the time I got home! I had to dust off my dashboard at home because it didn't appear that it was cleaned at all. I was not satisfied at all. Please be aware.
Very disappointed with the "full" service I received today - inside of my car was just as bad when I brought it in. Tried telling someone but they had walked away.
