Took car today- 3 people working- 20 minutes later they started drying car- needless to say spots— bad service
Worst car wash I have ever received. Spots not touched with armor all. running boards not cleaned after asking specifically for the chrome areas to be cleaned. Fragrance was to be added and there was absolutely none in the truck at all. Not even a hint of it. Specifically asked for the leather seats to be armor alled and they were not. will never go back to this car wash and I would not recommend it to anyone after this experience
Got our daughter’s car cleaned here last night and there is still mud and dirt across the bottom of the car and the inside was not vacuumed well. Floor mats were not moved and vacuumed underneath and the seats were not moved to vacuum under/around. Today is her prom and her dad is outside cleaning it again because of the terrible job done at AB last night. AB has always done great in the past - but whoever worked detail last night 5/21/21 needs to be retrained!
I’m not sure if the young lady who greeted me was new or not but did not seem very vested in her position or excited to be there. I was advised that they could not do Amaral yet there was a large sign advertising for it so I was very confused and was told they’re just not doing it right now without an explanation. they did an awesome job... not perfect. but very good. car looked great... guys a little more airfreshner been good haha.. and don't forget to put my antenna back on next time. I did pay for full service wash
When my vehicle was finished, there were three scratches, one enough to cause a dent. There was also a spot on my hood where it pulled my paint.I complained to store manager Jon Barrowman. Both he and I saw the three scratches and and dent in question. They did not turn off the car wash to thoroughly check and see if there was anything wrong with the car wash.My car was run through a second time and a new dent was made at the same spot as one of the scratches. We are here on business and came out at the end of our seminar and the tree we had parked under had “peed” sap all over our vehicle (that had just been detailed before we left home, 48 hours earlier). Autobell was down the street from the hotel. We pulled in, told the attendant what happened and asked his advice. Best $20 ever spent. They were kind and actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. Thank you.
