I wish I could give this rating 0 starts, as they do not even deserve 1. Horrible service, both from the workers and the managers. The staff that handled our vehicle obviously did not know how to drive standard. They dumped the clutch and squealed the tires TWICE. They damaged the driver's side front tire on our 3 day old car. Conveniently, they do not have cameras in their car wash, so according to the manager, "they cannot prove the damage happened at their car wash." The guy made me get out of my car because I couldn't drive it into the car wash myself. He then dumped the clutch squealing the tires in my new car to where he ran the front wheel into the guardrail leaving a nice "curb rash" on my wheel... I had put 50 miles on this car... The next guy to get my car out the other side then dumps the clutch again squealing the tires... If you have a standard car don't bring it here...
Awful everytime. Its just so close to home but never again.
I paid for the highest priced on the list. I can not remember what the name was, but it was Manager something 29.99. They came and said the car was done so we went out there and discovered the car looked like it had not been vacuumed there was still trash in there so I did make a complaint and I myself took out some of the trash. They came back 5 min. later said it was done. It in my opinion needed to be revacuumed but by this time I was so mad I just wanted to leave. Absolutely horrible service. My car was still extremely dirty afterwards. Not worth 30 bucks. So unsatisfied!!! Will not refer my friends here.
They did an awful job today. MANY places in my truck were still dirty and they apparently did not open up the back and wipe it down. Dashboard was still dusty, spots still on my middle console, dirt still on the pull handles as well as the arms of the doors. The step guides were not cleaned, Plus, the little magnifying mirror was pushed off and fell in the washer area, they didn't even notice. Then I was told to basically get someone else to fix it.
