My car had not been cleaned in months. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure it was vacuumed thoroughly. I felt bad I had no cash to tip him so I ran to get cash. When I returned the manager noticed my windshield could be a little cleaner and jumped right in to clean it. I was extremely pleased with the service I received.
You really stink at doing what your supposed to do. None of the cup holders were cleaned, the vacuuming is subpar (see pics) and I left an obvious stain on my steering wheel to see if they would clean it, no surprise they didn't. A full service car wash doesn't get you anything more than if I had taken to my local gas station car wash. I will never waste another penny....EVER!
I had to point out several places he forgot to wipe down. Was upset that he didn't care.
Outside was good. Inside they missed the center console and back seat still had dog fur everywhere.
