I have an unlimited plan with Autobell. I’ve been going to this Car wash for over 2 years - it’s close to my martial arts gym. Darrell and company always greet me warmly - I appreciate the personal touch. The machines are in great shape and my car always gets washed well. The car gets wiped down well by the staff. If I occasionally ask someone to redo a spot, he is glad to accommodate me. And I always carry crisp Jefferson two-dollar bills specifically to tip the staff.
I don't care how busy you are, it's about quality. they let my car dry in sun. had spots on it and did not wipe down interior. poor job.
Today I brought my Cadillac in. I payed for the works. $30 later I had to go to the store when I left to buy armor all wipes to clean the interior. And the vacuum job was just awful
$30.00 later and I ended up going home and cleaning my car myself. The kid who was supposed to dry my car and wipe things down inside did a great job of making himself look busy, but did a horrible job of cleaning my car. He didn't even clean my windows after they sprayed the cleanser on them...and don't even get me started on the poor vacuum job they did. I will never go back and would advise the management to find employees who actually want to work.
