Due to the inclement weather in our area in Newport News/Hampton Va for several days I went to an Auto Bell that Saturday when the weather warmed up knowing the line would be backed up. My normal car wash was extremely long as well. I paid $19.99 for a car wash and under carriage to remove salt which was perfect. Included in this price was a vacuum was a rating 1 if I had to score. My car looks great. Just a few minor missed spots on the interior door handles. But otherwise, it looks awesome.
Big shout out thank you to the manager of this location! Things were missed but he made it all right and then some! Superb customer service from him! He worked hard on my truck and went above and beyond! Don't ever lose this manager!
Service was ok. Paid $18.00 and car still had dead bugs on it. Rims still dirty not worth $18.00. Won't visit again.
Took my truck through this car wash and was very disappointed. Paid for an undercarriage wash only to reach under and pull out hand fulls of dry mud. The truck was run through again, only to have the same result. I asked for my money back but they refused,. Will not be using this facility again.
Usually go to Chesapeake location and have had good luck. Went to Newport News and Signed up for the unlimited package and got the worst wash ever. Still dirty with hairline scratches on one side of my 3 week old truck. May cancel the unlimited and find somewhere else:(.
