I have been coming to this Autobell for several years. I get a full service package, including interior windows. About 90% of the time they do not even spray the inside of the rear window indicating that they do not intend to clean it, even though I have paid for that. I always say something and they go back and clean it like they forgot it or something but I shouldn't have to say anything. I've given this location several times to clean my my car and I always find something SO SIMPLE THAT THE FAIL TO DO! VACUUM MY CAR COMPLETELY, CLEAN THE DASH BOARD, GET THE BIRD POOP OFF. I paid $25.99 for a top of the line car wash just now at this location. While I understand they were busy, when I called their attention to the wheels not being cleaned I was told brake dust does that and it won't come off. The young lady proceeded to wipe over it and told me I could feel it for myself. I then reached down and wiped it off with my finger. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to again do a halfway job on my wheels. Had she made it right, she would have received the $10 tip I had in my pocket for a job well done.... read more

Considering I paid $50 for the managers special plus armor all I was very disappointed! The interior was barely touched! I wanted it cleaned before returning the car to my aunt who lent me the car for the month, it was very dusty and I thought it would be a nice gesture! I have pictures that show the it barely received a cursory wipe down. The tan parts even seemed a little dirtier from being wiped off with a clearly dirty cloth. Very poor service. I went there and asked for the manager's special, I asked the manager to ensure my car was vacuumed thoroughly, the manager ensured me it would be done. The tech came and got me 15 min later, I inspected my car and realized my car was not touched on the inside, no vacuum, no wipe down, the cup holders were not completed.
