After looking at other dealerships around Jacksonville, I can easily say that Autobasics is the place to go! Great inventory-- all vehicles were clean and it was easy to see that they pride themselves on maintaining a higher standard on the used cars that they sell (in other words, they aren't trying to sell you junk!). Marek was an awesome salesman and didn't pressure us at all on our purchase. He made us feel very at ease and was knowledgeable about the company and the inventory.
Today I came home with my Cadillac ATS and I couldn't be happier! The staff was amazing and easy to get along with. Robert worked with me and had everything ready for me when I got there. The experience was a lot easier than I thought it would be and I was in and out within an hour! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
Autobasics provided a comfortable setting to ask questions and give plenty of background on the vehicle I purchased. I would absolutely recommend them to any one looking for a great vehicle at a price I didn't find any place else. Be sure to ask for Robert! Very knowledgeable and courteous.
