they don't inspect their vehicles before they sell them I have brought my truck back to them twice on the same electrical issue took it to other auto shops they tell me what's wrong with it but when I bring it to autobasics they told me there's nothing wrong with my truck would never buy from them again the rental truck they gave me broke down causing me to lose a day out of work they are a joke. Ronnie helped get me into the vehicle i wanted at the price i needed! Overall great experience . Got a newly traded vehicle that still required cleaning & service so in turn they gave me a loaner until it was ready . Highly recommend anyone in the market to atleast stop by there and look around.
One of the worst experience I ever had. Dealership had no care about how they presented their vehicles on the lot. No, understanding of the buyers time. Last but not least, no customer service. I actually work in a job field that requires me to have great customer service!

Buying experience was overall very positive. I liked that Joe was able to process our paperwork and get me out the door in under an hour. Financing available, great prices, and Joe is a fair guy to work with. I’d recommend buying from Joe at autobasics if you’re in the market for a vehicle in above average condition for below average pricing.
Purchased my second truck from Merek today. They are the easiest dealer I have worked with, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. No pressure, great vehicles at great prices.
