I did receive order in timely manner in sort of damaged box. I called them to check status of order because I thought part of it came? It was so lightweight so didn't open it right away, so when I called, and told the guy that I never ordered parts that light before, he just got irritated hung up on me, instead of saying I'm glad you received your order Mam! This dealership sold me a car with an existing check engine light. Service just turned it off and still sold the vehicle. If you plan on buying from here, take it to a mechanic first so they can look at it through a scan tool.
We had an amazing experience buying a new car here. Cameron Haque was our salesman and he was phenomenal. We had a lot of road bumps come up throughout the process, but he was so patient with our questions and helped us resolve each issue. He was also very proactive, getting most of the paperwork completed before we arrived. We especially appreciate his transparency.
