Went to the Elizabeth store for a new battery for my son's car and was served by Ashton, his service and demeanor was awesome and he is a credit to himself and the store
I ordered a car part last Saturday and was advised it would be in by Thursday. When I went to collect it on Saturday, I was told the part hadn’t arrived and that the order would only be placed now. I was a bit disappointed, as I had planned around the expected arrival time. I hope communication and follow-up can be improved for future customers.
