Great guys honest
Popped in over the Easter period. Got some excellent information and advice re a secondary battery for our 4x4 from Alex. I was on crutches following surgery and I really appreciated her providing me with a chair without me even having to ask . Outstanding customer service and price to boot .
Paid to have an item delivered on a Friday, nearly a week on it and continues to sit at the store. Rang the store, they said they couldn't look up orders and handballed me to thier head office. Nearly an hour after calling them and being told they'd call me back, the auspist app is updated and says it's on the way. No communication, no accountability and zero customer service.
About a month ago I came in with some issues that needed solving and Seth was an absolute legend, couldn't have been more helpful and went above and beyond to help me when I was along way from home and needed a hand. Give the man a raise
