Great job
Miguel from the install team is an absolute saviour. His knowledge of older upgraded OEM to new technology saved me from destroying my vehicle. He was able to get everything working perfectly. His work has made my week.
Customer service here is slim to none. Staff talk to you like your dumb and don't know what your talking about when it's actully your profession. Absolutely disgusted in the lack of knowledge these staff members have and how pushy they are to make a buck off you. Zero Customer happiness skills also. Do not recommend this store what so ever.
Real poor form again from Caroline Springs store. Twice ordered for click and collect and twice never received a notification to collect order and twice had to issue me with a refund. Complete waste of time, Go to Repco which at least is run like an auto store. I also go to Melton store now if I need to go to Autobarn specifically.
Excellent customer service experience today very helpful 10/10
