I brought my Porsche Macan in for a heater issue they took the time to properly inspect it and explain what was going. Communication was clear, they were honest about the repair. had the dreaded CEL (Check Engine Light) illuminated on my old 330i. took it to a "high-end" shop which diagnosed the necessity of a DISA valve replacement. told the tech that i had just had that done at a local shop. was told it needed to be an OEM part. well, okay, let's try it.
