I want to start of by saying that i am a very picky person when it comes to finding a mechanic for my car. HANDS DOWN Chris is the man! Not only does he do routine maintenance, but when it comes to aftermarket parts and tunes, that was the icing on the cake! Went out of their way to prevent a crisis! I was traveling through Phoenix on my way to the east coast when my VW developed an intermittent issue. These guys immediately went to work to figure out this tricky issue and get me back on the road by the next morning. Even followed up a couple of days later to make sure it was still behaving. I owe them much gratitude. They were very good at communicating the diagnosis, method of repair, and cost (which was reasonable) throughout the process. Other shops should take note!
Excellent. Chris is easy to work with and will work overtime to get the job done! Made the car sound great too!
