I’ve dropped my BMW off with Chris and his crew a few times now, so this is a bit overdue. However, this past visit was a bit above and beyond, and merits me finally posting something. Just had it in for a routine service and some quirky things (needed a trunk liner replaced because a gas additive spilled on it and made the car smell toxic).
