Crash Champions did a fantastic job with the repairs on my Toyota 4Runner. Jim and the whole team were very communicative, accommodating, and professional. I would highly recommend them for all your collision repair needs!
They sent multiple threatening emails demanding money they were not owed, lied about what the insurance company told them, and only after I threatened a lawsuit did they stop. — You reply like this is some sort of surprise when, according to Dawn, all of the lawyers that work for Crash Champions were involved with this.
I really like these guys and I would highly recommend. They fixed my F150 back in January when I got it back. I had some issues with the tail with how it was put back together. I brought it back in. They fixed the problem no complaints and handled it. I was extremely grateful because I always feel like sometimes places pretend issues didn’t occur, but they fully owned that it could’ve happened when they took something apart and handle it without any problems at all that’s the kind of service I’m looking for
A pleasure having Crash Champions working on n my 2020 red pony that hadn’t been scratched, let alone smacked by me at home by hitting a pole. They were totally effective and efficient in making it look and function like new. I’m extremely satisfied with their performance and would recommend them to anyone, including me family.
