I brought my car here after my accident and had a great experience. After the initial repair, I noticed an issue with one of the parts that had been fixed. I contacted them, and they immediately accommodated me and made sure everything was repaired properly. Crash Champions made what can be a frustrating process quite smooth. I felt my car was in good hands, and they communicated clearly with me throughout the whole process. And my car was ready a day early!
My experience with Crash Champions got off to a rough start due to some communication issues on the part of my insurance company and some pre-programmed text messages I received from Crash Champions saying the work on my car had begun and another saying repairs were progressing nicely.
