I do not recommend this shop at all. Stay away. I brought my car to Autobahn Car Care for an engine noise. The owner, Alfredo Padron, confirmed the noise and told me the problem was the turbo. I trusted his diagnosis and approved the repair. When I went to pick up the car, it had the exact same noise. The owner heard it himself and told me to “drive it for a few days and it might go away.” I refused to take the car and left it there, even though I had already paid. As the sun was setting on my 7 month work time in Miami, I started having problems with my 2013 BMW 650i convertible. The engine and drivetrain malfunction warning lights turned on. Alfredo and Francisco are both honest and amazing mechanics. I have a 2009 BMW 328i, that had the fuel pump die on me 2 hours after purchase. Took my car here, they fixed it, and now I can finally enjoy my car.

Inquired about dash lights turned on related to speed sensors on my VW Passat. The speed sensors cost about $50, shop was charging $190 on parts only, almost 4 times!!! This is unacceptable and needs to be reported. Note that I’m not questioning the labor rate. See attached picture and draw your own conclusions.
