My daughter bought a car here. Very nice vehicles and reasonable prices. Talked with several other customers who have shopped here for family vehicles for years. Great quality used cars!
I was disappointed with the sales experience at Autobahn Motors USA. The salesperson was knowledgeable, but the process was slow and bureaucratic. They also tried to sell me additional features and services that I didn't need. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.
Autobahn Motors USA's service department is inefficient and overpriced. I took my car in for a routine maintenance, but they ended up keeping it for weeks and charging me an arm and a leg. When I asked for an explanation, they just gave me a runaround.
Alex is a fun man to do business with.
Extremely nice guys and incredibly helpful and honest. Several people there said they've bought their cars from Alex for years, and we see why. Will certainly be back next time we're looking for a car!
