This is an excellent, honest, company. This was the first time I'd brought my car in to Auto World West Loop, and after my great experience there, I would definitely choose them again in the future.
They are great! The customer service was fabulous, the people who work there were great over the phone and in person. It's not your stereotypical mechanic. They are great, knowledgeable and don't make you feel like you're about to be taken advantage of. Go here!

If you have a need for a mechanic or oil changing, check them out for yourself! I wouldn't post or recommend someone unless I would go there and use them myself.
Auto World West Loop was actually really fast and helpful. My group on deal came with 3X oil change, so the guy gave me a card so that I could use the remaining 2X oil changes some other times as well. I was able to leave my car throughout the day and pick it up once I'm done with work...so that was nice. THANKS!!!
I have personally recommended this place to every person I know who's warranty has already expired on their cars or for anyone who needs any work done. Knowing a Great car repair place is like striking gold. Highly recommended to Auto World west loop, We will be back again.Thanks!
To further explain the problem, they pulled a similar broken part to show me exactly what happened (just like a really good doctor explains a bone injury looking I'll always go back to Auto World West Loop prompt service, no delays, no BS. Highly Recommended to them
