RecommendedAuto Works was recommended by our State Farm Insurance agent, was within 1 mile of our residence, was prepared to give us an estimate within 24 hrs of first contact, scheduled the work to be done within 48 hours, coordinated with Hertz for a car rental and finished 1 day ahead of schedule. Our 5-month old vehicle was restored to like-new condition. Our experience was professional and without delays. They delivered on all counts.
The work they did was great. They handled everything with the insurance. They were easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile when trying to figure out drop off and pick up of my vehicle. They have great customer service! It was the easiest experience with a body shop that I have ever had. In the event I ever need work on my vehicle again I will definitely return!
I've needed Auto Works twice now after encountering some crazy drivers. Steven has been more than helpful in explaining everything, dealing with insurance claims, staying in communication and helping with rental service. The workmanship is superior and service is professional and friendly. I will continue to take my car to them and recommend them to others.
