HEADS UP: they do not install brand new windows! My back window shattered on my Ford expedition so I needed a replacement quickly. I will say: if you need a quick repair, this was a great option. However, I didn’t think I needed to ask if they would be replacing the window with a NEW window versus a used one. Once I got home, my husband took a look and said “this is a used window” and pointed out all the flaws.
