Staff was excellent Very nice and very helpful
Awful experience with this scammers of a dealership! First they increased the price by $3,500 after contact! Then, they wanted to charge an extra $3,399 for dealer fees! Who charges that much money! Most I’ve ever seen was $699! I would stay away from them like the plague!
All through the pre-sale and sales process communication was open and honest and frequent. After sales communication sucked…totally ghosted.
Experience was not good especially when it comes to the financing and the pricing. Staff were unethical and unprofessional when it comes to pricing, financing, and the shipping cost. Finance staff tried selling maintenance package by giving wrong monthly payments number. Be careful and do your research if you are buying from the out of state. The staff behavior changes after the deal is finalized. Again do your research because the staff is unethical and unprofessional.
It was smooth. Overall communication can be more proactive.
Advertised price is NOT the price. Over $3500 in dealer added fees on top of the price.

Anyone in the market for a Reliable vehicle for a great price this is where you want to be highly recommend 10/10 service. Dana was good and very helpful. Ill be back soon to get another vehicle
I really wanted the vehicle but the dealer refused to remove the warranties on the vehicle and i explain i had those options avail with my credit union..
