I am bummed to give a one-star rating to the car wash I have used for the last five years. About two weeks ago I went through the automatic car wash which I have used dozens upon dozens of times. But this time I was having trouble getting my card to work. Finally it worked and I bought a $7 wash. But I noticed on my account I was charged $16 and it was for a $7 and $9 wash. I've been using this car wash for the last 2 years since moving to this side of town. It is well run and always in good working order. Recently, I was overcharged on my credit card and was sent a full refund after contacting them about the decrepency. Most self serve car washes have much to be desired. This is a well managed car wash, and my go to for a self serve location.
Fairly good, everything worked. I think the three dollar minimum is kind of ridiculous to be honest. And that one dollar equals one minute?
This place is my favorite car wash! It’s always clean, the cleaners are always full and the staff is amazing! The change machine shorted me awhile back, and I texted the number posted on the office door, but never reached a resolution to the issue. Well, today I happened to run into one of the employees, and asked them about it, and they took care of me right away. I offered the text messages with them for proof, and he was great about it. This is the best car wash in Tucson!
