I just tried to post a review and the wrong info appeared? I am rewriting it hoping it posts correctly this time! -- I hired Auto Value Experts in Sept of 2012. It took us about 2 1/2 months to get the claim resolved, and is did not get the full claim amount of $6200, but I did get $5500. The insurance company was very difficult to deal with but Auto Value Experts kept on fighting to get it done. I could not have dealt with the insurance company on my own. I meet with Robert from Auto Value Experts on Dec 11, 2013. He told me my loss of value was $3795.00. I just received a check for $3400.00! I am very happy as the difference was within the range that Robert advised me of. VERY VERY good service! I recommend him to EVERYONE!

I had a great experience with Robert and his company. I spent a huge amount of time fighting with the insurance company about the value that my vehicle lost from an accident that was not my fault. Once I got Auto Value Experts involved, my case got settled in less than two weeks and I got back more than I was originally asking for. Robert and Company are worth looking into if you are in a similar situation. Very quick to respond, and very good that their job!

DO NOT PAY THIS MAN. I do not know how he is in business with the way he treats people. He is a very smooth talker.....don't fall for it. I asked him about the negative reviews before payng the $450, and he said they are all from his competitors, trying to run customers off. Well, Im here to tell you, Im a real customer and so are the reviews below. DO NOT HIRE ROBERT SHIPLEY OR USE AUTO VALUE EXPERTS!!!! Robert Shipley is a crook. He lies and promises to get you money on a diminished value claim that he promises to do for you but once you've paid him $450 you'll never see him again. You also won't see your money from the diminished value claim he promises to get you. He claims to be an expert witness for USAA even when making a claim against them. He promises it takes 4-6 weeks. WASTE OF MONEY!!! – . Paid for report and promises of "assisting" us "in the process of our claim". The response we received after over two months and repeated phone calls and emails to mr. Shipley was an email stating he wasn't able to get a response from the insurance company and recommended we seek legal council. In our opinion it was a complete and utter waste of $450.00.
