Working with Auto Value Experts has been a dream during such a horrible time. I cannot believe this guy is not in jail. Maybe he went to jail and is now out. Whatever, skip the favorable reviews you see here (or anywhere else) as Shipley writes them. He offers a service you can get directly from the insurance company for FREE. Don't even think about giving him a penny!! He scammed my wife out of $450.00.

Robert Mark Shipley - 42 yrs. old- Nov. 1972. He is married to Victoria Coca ( May 5, 1997). He lives in a house that was built in 1953 on 306 Storeywood Dr. San Antonio , TX 78213. The house belongs to Coca, Samuel Jr & Maria E. Stay away from this low life. He stole our $450.00. We have pressed charges and our lawyer is working on the case.

I used this company after my teenager was hit during a driving exam. I did not like that it took about 9 weeks, but we did receive our lost value. This helped us in trading our car much easier.

This man, Robert Shipley, takes your money, and does little or nothing to assist you in your diminished value claim. His diminished value report is computer driven, and does no impress insurance companies. More important, Shipley is non-responsive to you and your contacts, as he insulates himself with voice-mail and fails to return calls. His diminished VALUE REPORT SAID THE INSURANCE COMpany should pay me $5800. They agreed to pay me $2ooo before he ever had contact with them. I really had a good experience with AVE, they told me what to expect, and how long is might take. Very helpful and knowledgeable about insurance claims. I was satisfied with my settlement.
