Went in first thing this morning frantic with car issues. Cory greeted me friendly and calm. Had lights come up in my dash last night and I was afraid I would break down. He calmly offered to scan the codes on my car then proceeded to check my oil and top it up for me. Reassuring me the whole time. Very knowledgeable and friendly he put my mind at ease.
This branch has great staff and the service is very good. Would like to say tks to Denise the Lady at the front . She is always so polite and always greets me with a smile. The other day I picked up some brake rotors and pads and it was heavy. Without hesitation she came up and took some of the weight and helped me out to my SUV. It was just a nice caring thing to do and she made feel special for that moment. it was nice to see that she cares. I called to ask for a thermostat. A guy by the name of TREVOR answered the phone. I asked how he was doing & he hung up on me. Then I called back & put me on hold. That’s the last time I call auto value Barlow!
I visited Auto Value - Lethbridge, on Saturday Oct 5th. I was extremely impressed by the service I received from Sandra, and by the atmosphere in the store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Auto Value will definitely be my go -to store for all my automotive needs.
