Was cleaning the back of my truck out had leafs and some lil debri and a guy the owner I’m assuming is filming me saying they called the cops as I was picking up the big stuff off the ground and throwing it in the trash then I called the number on the sign and the guy was irate and cursing and calling me a punk threatening me completely uncalled for but wat ever that’s is all
Went in and purchased a oil change. Once done, I got my truck washed and once leaving the business, thought I heard something outside the vehicle but couldn't tell what it was. As I started going faster, I heard a loud clicking noise coming from outside my vehicle. I pulled over and looked for rocks that may had gotten stuck in my tires. If I could give negative stars I would. I have tried to contact their management with 4 calls, two voicemails and 2 emails in which I got no response. So here I am. This is the message I sent them. I went to the Hamilton Valet Wash and Express Lube on Rt. 130, 2/5/2018, for an oil change. A car in front of me got stuck, I almost hit him, but he floored it. I got stuck the car behind me hit me hard, then hit me hard again, n my hole back window shattered. Manager says it was not there equipments fault. Very bad customer service. They should have employees through out the car wash watching, so when things like this happen, they can shut stuff down.
My daughter went in for her free car wash, because the computers were down when I got her oil change done. Not only did the ice and rocksalt scratch the hood, it was still filthy! And, she paid for the premium wash. I have all three of my vehicles done there. My wife's family grew up with the owner. Poor management and decision making by the staff. I stopped by to reach an agreement. Luis, the manager, said they are not reaponsible. I simply asked, how do I get it fixed.
I used to love going here for quick oil changes in between services at the dealer. Lately, though, they've been really pushing services that I don't need. It's very irritating to have to argue with them about this every time. Next time I need an oil change I'm going to try somewhere else.
