Watch this place. I thought I was buying car washes for one month for $23. Turns out my card was charged monthly several times. When I stopped in to resolve they said I should have checked my account more frequently. They didn't care if I haven't used their services past the initial month. They wouldn’t even refund the full amount for the current month that just started. Awesome car wash service! Too bad i can’t get over here more often to take advantage of my unlimited wash account.
Horrible customer service. I thought going in for a simple oil change would be easy. These people give you the run around. I spoke to the manager Jose, (Hamilton and Trenton location)he was rude and didn’t care what I had to say. The operations manager (Jess) didn’t have time to call me after several emails. A car in front of me got stuck, I almost hit him, but he floored it. I got stuck the car behind me hit me hard, then hit me hard again, n my hole back window shattered. Manager says it was not there equipments fault. Very bad customer service. They should have employees through out the car wash watching, so when things like this happen, they can shut stuff down.
