Absolutely terrible miserable people at the counter super horrible customer service they did a terrible job on my window tent I asked for a refund on the windshield because I did not want any more water going into my dashboard they told me they would “try to repair it”
RecommendedTop notch customer service! I had an appointment scheduled for an adjustment/assessment of my bakflip. Took me early. Assessed the issue. Installer immediately resolved the issue. I will return for installation of new shocks.
Can’t believe the total lack of professionalism I just witnessed in their front showroom. Went in to try and track down a wheel lock socket. And since auto truck outfitters was the last place to take off wheels... thought that would be a logical place to look. The two older gentleman at the counter were immediately confrontational and disrespectful..still can’t wrap my head around how unprofessional they became. Good story, but let's return from the twilight zone. Being an "older gentleman" I do not remember what tools were used, or if the wheels were removed, during an installation we performed over a year and a half ago. I suggested that maybe we used a wheel key that we had handy to remove the wheel lugs or that possible our mechanic had one, in his collection, that was used. The "young whipper snapper" insisted that this was ridiculous and that we must have used his, without his knowing, and failed to return it. He did not know ... read more
Very disappointed in my last experience here. To help our son, who is a correctional offices working under stressful times, asked us to set up and take his truck to have 2 real flairs instilled on his truck and to match and install front ones. When they called to say the rear flairs had been installed we asked what about the front. They apologize and said they didn’t know we wanted them on, we told them again we didn’t think they fit and we wanted to purchase matching ones. HUGE rip off. They also don't back their work. Beware of this place!!!! I bought tire flairs off ebay and the company send wrong ones and just told me to keep them. We took them to truck outfitters and explained what had happened. I asked them to check to see if the backs fit and I can order new front ones. If not let me know. (I figured I could have a couple bucks.) They then said my truck was ready and they put on the flairon that In told them already did not fit. They admitted they didnt fit but put them on anyway. Auto & Truck Outfitters were highly recommended by Concordville Subaru. Friendly service, went in , told them what I was looking for(remote starter) for my Crosstrek, good price, set up the appointment. They called the day before to confirm the appointment, dropped off the next morning. Can’t get any easier.
This was my third truck to have Line-X applied to the bed here and the work is fabulous. The team at Auto & Truck Outfitters are very professional and a pleasure to do business with - look no where else to go to for your work!
