This guy gives out death trap cars as loaners, then blames you when something goes wrong with it. He will loudly talk bad about everyone behind their back, and will even scream and cuss out a mom in front of her young child. The new ladies in the office are subpar and have no clue how to communicate. My car sat there for four days “done” with no one telling me, I had to call and ask.
