I would like to bring to the owner attention a concern regarding the customer service I recently received. The employee, Jesus, communicated in a manner that I found to be unprofessional and dismissive. His responses were brief and lacked the level of courtesy and attentiveness I expect as a customer seeking service. As a paying customer, I value respectful and professional interactions. I kindly request that additional customer service training be provided to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.
Customer service was amazing and the guys took care of me like I was family thanks again for a wonderful experience!!!
High quality professional techs noticed I was not due for an oil change so we did a coolant flush exchange instead! My car had never had that service before and needed it badly. They also topped off my washer fluid and my tire pressure also. Very professional young gentleman presented their knowledge and experience exceptionally. Would highly recommended this location to everybody!
