Auto Tech was established by Johnny Bellis in the early part of 1999. In 2000 the business moved to the current address of 2865 Hwy 128 where our new facility is located. I made the dealer a fair offer with either earnest money or bank lien. Dealer sold the vehicle to another customer without giving me the opportunity to cover any additional expenses with shipping. Total waste of my time.
