Great customer service! I'm very pleased.
Only missed one payment and made arrangements to pay the Thursday and they came and repoed the day before then added all these crazy fees. Their jus scam artist trying to take your last. Please be aware and stay away from any company affiliated with them.
They are crooks, I called to let them know I would pay both payments at the end of the month instead of paying on the 15 th and last like I normally do. I want to note that I had my vehicle for a year and a half and was never late on a payment. They agreed on the arrangement but still repoed my vehicle at the end of the month. When I called them to try to get my vehicle back they wanted the total payoff for the vehicle in order for them to give it back to me. STAY FAR AWAY!! SCAM.. They put cars on the lot straight from the auction with no service or check. They shine them up and get you to sign with a down payment. They have their own service center so they sell you a car with issues then make you get it fixed y them so you paying them twice!! SHADY business!!
I got a car without test driving it form the Marietta store. My salesman sold me a car that I didn't even drive. He knew I was new to the car buying experience and he played on it now I'm stuck paying on a car I don't like! I have to replace all of the rims and tires. Unless you speak Spanish they don't care about assisting you! They are prejudice and rude!! If they make a mistake its your fault, don't make the mistake and not be hispanic and go to this store. You will be f'd !!! Stay away!!!!
Autostar is a crooked dealership, anything that seems to be too good to be true usually is. Yes they will finance anyone as long as you have a downpayment like the last reviewer said with no hassle but that s because they are trying to move their flashy cars that are junk under the hood or waiting for you to default and take your car without giving you the chance to make up your late payment. I wish I would ve known better.
