They have charged my card for 4 months to which I have not used their services. I have contacted and left several messages for the person over the billing department and has yet to return my call. I sent a message on their webpage and still no response. They have the worst customer service ever. I'm getting an lawyer and taking it to court.
Scratches on my new car and wouldn’t take responsibility
These disgusting people damaged my car and did nothing! They would not turn it in to their insurance carrier. I reach out, and I received an email from jeff@autosplash.com and trina@autosplash.com that they cannot do anything. The manager the day I went was Ryan, and he was not apologetic at all. Be aware.
Horrible customer service with the managers. Highly wouldn’t recommend the experience to anyone. If something were to happen to your car, they will do everything in their power to make sure that they are not liable, and blame you for damaging their equipment. Horribly disappointing, disrespectful and immature customer service.
Just got a new car for my daughter and on Monday afternoon took it here to get a car wash, but the brushes broke my bumper grill and I reported it. Till this day and after couple of voicemails, no one has contacted me about this issue. Please be careful and patience when filling a claim, the Supervisor told me that he reported it and that Jeff will called me first thing Tuesday Morning, but yet again nothing.

I visited Auto Splash today, for an oil change and a car wash. I was met by a pleasant young man. Who I inquired of all my needs and then recommended me his opinion without any pressure. I dropped my truck and as promised it was ready for pickup on time. He walked me through all what was done and inquired if there was anything else he could do to assist. A very pleasant experience, I would positively recommend this business. AAA+++ Rating 👍🙂
The vacuums are always stopped up.
