Horrible service and they dont even clean tour car after 3 trys I want my money back. if you have alott of time to waist and don't really care if your car is clean or not then I recomend Auto Splash other wise they are a belly flop.
Pretty unfortunate I have been coming to the car wash for years. The washers have gone completely downhill they cannot keep managers. I always tip very well to only turn back around to go back it’s getting ridiculous. Prep guy does a prep well managers don’t know how to manage they don’t want to pay good employees that deserve good pay. Also they have managers that are fired for sexual-harassment. DAMAGE WARNING! I am sad that this used to be one of my favorite places since the day they opened years ago. Recently, my rear wiper was not taped down by the cashier and their machine broke it off. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences. I had to ask for someone to tape up my dangling wiper to leave. Other people in Frisco are commenting they have had damages here as well with no satisfaction. I was sent a copy of their sign stating they are not responsible. I spent ove a half an hours try to get my truck washed. It should never take this long.

Don’t bother. Couldn’t get service or anyone to talk to me. Pulled in to bay to wait while someone else was being finished, they moved on to another car that pulled in after me. Didn’t even acknowledge me.
I’ve never had a bad experience here until today manager is rude and not helpful after they did a half assed job cleaning.
