My car smelled like SMOKE when it left this place!!! It was not ready when it was promised and instead of being apologetic, the woman was rude!
Avoid it! I paid for the $34 wash and cleaning package for a rental car I was returning. The car needed a good cleaning before being returned. The cleaning that neede to be done was surface cleaning. I got a good carwash out of it as I would have at anyone of a thousand places in the Bayview, Mitchell Airport area. I've been getting my car detailed for years. This place is the best I have come across. Prices are right on the money and the staff is great. I was very pleased with my services.
We were so impressed with the interior detail work they did on our vehicle last year and were eager to highly recommend to our friends. Unfortunately, after a 45 minute drive to have our vehicle detailed again this year, we had an absolutely appalling "customer service" experience this morning and will be looking to take our business elsewhere. Truly disappointed.
I heard about this place when I was out to lunch with friends. I had my volvo suv done here and was supper happy with it. The people were kind, the service was awesome, and the work was unbelievable. My car hasn't looked like this since I bought it.
I was impressed by this shop. Not only was a very pleased with my porter, they removed a huge white scuff across the whole side of my car (FOR FREE). Its hard to find businesses these days that are like that. Thank you guys for you efforts. I will be back when the weather lightens up a bit.
Nice place to go. I had family coming in from out of town and had to get my truck cleaned before the holidays. The crew was so nice and helpful and even gave me a ride home. I was pleased with the service and results. I will be making this a stop again.
Great place. I heard of this detail shop through the loop. With being a mother of four kids, a soccer practice shuttle bus, and a girl scout leader I always had my kids and others in my car. It was completely trashed. This place pretty much saved the inside on my van. Thank you guys. I will be back now that I know I can have a clean great looking car.
I've been taking both my husbands and my car here for over 4 years now. The work is great, and I just love this place. The owners are the ones who actually do the work and its always done right. I can't say enough great things about auto spa. Thank you guys for always taking care of not only my cars but us as customers too!
