I was given a gift card from my father for my birthday and there was an issue with it. The Customer Service manager was excellent in helping rectify the issue no questions asked. I’ve always used autospa and will continue to do so! Thankyou again
Terrible. The residue left all over my vehicle is unreal. I've never seen anything like it and it won't come off with water and a chamois so it looks like I'll have to take it for a wash and buy Armour All or similar to see if that helps. I take pretty good care of my car so this experience is very disheartening. The interior/exterior detailing cost $300 and I was quoted 4 hours but it took 5.5 hours. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Auto Spa Burlington. I brought in my brand-new car for a detail and used a gift card from a previous visit, which had actually been pretty good. This time was a completely different story. They charged me an extra $20 because there were some cookie crumbs in the back seat from my son. The car was otherwise empty—I removed all personal items beforehand.
