Do not go to any Auto Spa location in Grand Rapids. They have locations on Plainfield, Fuller, 28th St, and 44th St. They scratched my brand new car all over. It took me an entire day to track down someone who could do anything about it. When I finally talked to the owner he was extremely rude. He blamed the scratches on me and said there was no way the car wash could have done it. I told him I inspected the vehicle when I purchased it and he essentially called me a liar.
