Buyer Beware!! They reset the Engine light before purchase – -05' Nissan Xterra- Everything seemed wonderful about the truck and service... they detailed the car wonderfully and even resurfaced my headlights for me. James said the car was in great condition and drives great... I leave the lot and within 20 mins. the check engine light turns and the gas gauge goes completely empty so i call james and ask why is the check engine light on? GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! 5 STAR SERVICE!!!! – We came to The Auto Source with marginal credit at best and thought for sure we would have to wait for days to get approved. Darrel got us approved very quickly and we had a great time driving our new car on our first vacation together as a couple!!! Everyone we encountered was very professional,friendly and treated us like family!! We will refer all our friends and family here for there next car!!!!
Fabulous Experience – We have had several circumstances to interact with this dealership. They have been extremely courteous, respectful, honest and fabulous to work with. We are very pleased with all experiences with them. James and Daryl both were helpful and cared about our service experience. We have recommended several people to them and will continue to do so!
completely waisted my time – Talked with Sales Rep James on the phone had discussed my options for purchasing a car when i showed up he had changed all the options for purchasing the vehicle. Making it impossible to make the purchase. also the car I was looking at to purchase would not even start with out a jump. They were unfriendly and there was no customer service at all
Unethical and Untruthful! – I made an offer to buy a Porsche Boxster S from this company. The offer was accepted and my deposit via my credit card was accepted over the phone. My offer was contingent upon inspection of the vehicle. After I gave my deposit I was told by "James" that I had to give a 100% positive report to eBay immediately before even seeing the car. I refused and then the manager (Daryl) got on the phone and told me I could inspect the car and after signing the contract I had to give a positive report to eBay... read more
Not to be trusted!!! – I just bought a $75,000. Ferrari from them. I was driving the car home to Tampa and had gone only 20 miles before the engine light came on and the car dropped in power. I called them immediately and their response, "It's an exotic! Ferrari's and Lamborghinis always have sensor lights coming on." The owner told me it was just a light. He could have his electrical guy turn it off, so I would never see it again! Can you believe it! I took it to the Ferrari dealer and the bill was $924.10.
2 TIME BUYER AND I WILL GO BACK – I bought a 02 Yukon from them back in 06...best thing I ever did...truck had 60k miles and looked like it came out of the showroom...still have the vehicle and it is running strong with 190k miles on it....when I bought it I was unable to get financing anywhere...i put 4k down and financed the rest thru Laser because they were the only ones who would take me...I was even a little late a couple times and they always worked with me....Bought another truck for my wife the other day.... an 08 Me... read more
Buyer Beware – Buyer beware. We bought our vehicle from Auto Source in April 2009. We put 11,000 down on a 16,500 vehicle and purchased an extended warranty that we really didn’t need because the factory warranty was still good. They told us they knew it had some factory warranty left and the extended warranty we purchased would pick up after the factory ran out which was not true. It was effective from date of purchase.
