It has the best Customer service I’ve ever experienced the owner takes getting you a car as serious if not more serious then you’ll take getting you a car once he gets that car under you he does everything in his power to keep it there
Mike is the absolute best. My wife and I have been buying cars from him for almost 20 years. If you know what you want, he will find it for you. If you are like me and open to what you drive, he will identify the best option for you. Used car salesmen get a bad rep, but Mike is the most honest and professional person I have ever dealt with.
Mike was one of the most Amazing person i have met. very honest and selfless. mike was so understanding when i couldn't meet up with the car i love. I was in MD and the Car posting was in New York. Mike drove it all the way down to Pennsylvania for me to pick it up. That 2014 Lexus RX 450H was like a private jet compared to the Price . In fact i'm short of words. but my experience was an amazing one with Auto Smart LLC
Purchasing a car from Mike and Jim was such a great experience! They were honest, patient and very communicative throughout the whole process. Jim even stayed late one night to accommodate our schedule.

Recently went to auto smart to Tahoe it was late on a Saturday so I decided to call the number on the building a gentleman answered and I asked him a couple questions then told him I was at his lot he then said he could come down so I said that would be awesome then when he got their we talked for a few and my wife ended up driving a navigator he had and because he was not pushy and really an awesome guy to deal with I bought my wife the navigator that night I highly recommended dealing with mike and I will definitely be buy... read more
