I'm going to make this as short as I can. I've had my car for three weeks. Problems started the day after I bought it. I noticed low tire, wet and moisture in lights, light out, gerking and engine light on. Luckily, it just needed a tune up that took three hours. I was told to come on a Saturday to get an issue fixed. I drove bout 30 miles one way to be told that manager didnt show up so service was closed but turned out they never are open on Saturdays. Very disappointed. Bought a 2010 ford fusion from them last month and have had nothing but problems. They sold me this car with a broken review mirror, and I didnt find out until a day later when I took it to the car wash to wash it, and it fell off. Because they did the cheap thing and super glued it on. Now I have to pay 250 to get it professionally fixed. Not to mention it broke down on us 20x plus on the highway within a week of getting it. DONT BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM THIS " SO CALLED " dealership. I got a 2008 hummer H3 from there and have only had it for two months and have more in repair bills than I have made in car payments, when I tried calling them to get help or even swap the truck for another ... I got NO response, NO calls back, nothing !!!! In other words, I got, GOT !!!! Shame on me !!! This the WORST car lot in Louisville and they need to be shut down for hustling US the customer. This place SUCKS!!!! – They are very unprofessional. When I bought my car they agreed to fix the tire rod end and I had to go up there no joke - 5 TIMES! They kept saying they were too busy after I scheduled my appointments in advance. This place SUCKS!!
RUN FAST FROM THIS DEALER! – Purchased an F150 truck. The customer service of the salesman was lacking professionalism, but we completed the transaction. First night driving the truck home, it died turning into my driveway. First week, problems of running rough grew and worsened. Shame on these people! – They were super nice when I purchased the car but after I purchased my vehicle, they no longer cared. There were some things that were supposed to be wrong with my car and they promised to fix them for free. Come to find out what they said was wrong with the car was not. They even changed my tire rod because the said it needed a new one but nothing was wrong with the tire rod. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE – WE PURCHASED A TRUCK FROM AUTOSMART IN SEPT. TOLD THEM DIDN'T THINK IT WAS RUNNING RIGHT THE DAY WE TEST DROVE IT AND WAS TOLD IT WAS FINE. 8 DAYS LATER TRUCK WOULDN'T MOVE OUT OF ITS TRACKS. WE HAD TO PAY TOW TO GET TRUCK TO AUTOSMART AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS TRANSMISSION WAS SUPPOSEDLY REBUILT (WE DON'T BELIEVE IT WAS) AN $2200 ADDED TO OUR ACCOUNT. Thank for my ride – Just want to say i made a few mistakes in my young days and messed up my credit. Many Car lots turn me down before I Autosmart gave me a chance and set me up nice with a Chevy Cobalt. The car runs nice and I am yet to find an issue with it.
