Between my wife and I we have purchased 6 vehicles from Auto Smart. These guys (Bob, Brent, and Jason) have been extremely helpful over the years even when I wanted to test drive just about every vehicle on the lot. I have NEVER had a business treat me so ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE in my life! I first stopped in,talked to these guys, told them what I would have for a down payment and what I knew FOR SURE could afford for a payment, I was looking for something that was better in the snow,didn't like how my grand prix handled,they wanted to put me in a Chrysler Sebring convertible? ? I had such a great experience with auto smart. I was on the hunt for a more practical vehicle for my daycare business than my dodge avenger, and saw online they had a vw routan. They didn't have the vehicle in house yet but were great with answering all my questions and letting me know when they had the vehicle. They went out of their way to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted and helped me figure out how everything in it operates. I love my new minivan and so do all my kids! They did a great job making sure i understood everything and getting me in the SUV I really wanted.
